Care / Cleaning Information
Toys From time to time cuddly- and soft toys need a thorough cleaning. The majority of our soft toy have a label where you can see how to clean it,
For any toys that do not have any washing information. I recommend hand washing with lukewarm mild washing powder (about 30 degrees) . Treating any strong blotches first. Rinse thoroughly, ring it out and let it air dry naturally. Perhaps with large animals you can let it pre-dry with the gentle / wool spin cycle.
For long-haired stuffed toys, I only recommend hand wash, air drying naturally. If the stuffed toy is completely dry rub it and try to form it with a raw comb.
For parts that must not be washed or soft toys where you are not sure because they have so many materials it is the best you give them a carefully wipe with a soft cloth and a mild soap. Wipe dry with clear water and let the air dry the toy naturally.
If you only wash the toys exterior and you do not think that it is really clean you could try freezing it: Once the soft toy is completely dry, put it into an air-tight or vacuum plastic bag. put the bag into the freezer for a couple of days. defrost it and let the air dry the toy again. Now you can be sure that any bugs / germs have been killed.
